I grew up loving to cook. I have been working and baking in the kitchen since I was a child. I learned the basics from my mother and grandmothers. I am not afraid to experiment and try new things. I am always on the lookout for new recipes and cooking ideas.
The idea for GiTo's Grill came several years ago as an inside joke. When Gina and I started hosting parties for our friends and whenever family would eat at our house, we would joke that they were eating at GiTo's Grill. I continue to enjoy grilling for our family and friends. I am currently developing my own hot wing sauce and other exciting things that I plan on offering on this site in the future.
I began making cheesecakes several years ago, and they were always ok. A couple of years ago, however, my sister was getting married and wanted to serve cheesecake to here guests. I spent several months experimenting with different recipes and flavors. By the end of the process I had a fabulous recipe that consistently produced incredible cheesecakes. We served cheesecake to all 250 guests at my sister's wedding.
Since then I have continued to experiment with new flavors, like cappuccino, and new innovations, like upside-down cheesecakes. I am confident that I can create a fabulous cheesecake just for you and your guests!
